Manage your banking needs online:

• Activate and set up your PIN for your card
• Access account statements and transaction confirmation documents
• Track card transactions
• Make transfers using phone numbers through Instant Payment Service*, card-to-card* or account-to-account transfers
• Prepay loans, credit card debt, and/or Equal Payment Plan
• Update personal information like addresses, email, and phone number
• Register document submissions (e.g., passport details update, submission of documents for Currency Control, closing accounts except for credit card account)
• Submit Form W-8BEN online

Easily pay utility, mobile, and broadband bills instantly and without fees. Upon payment, you can generate and save a confirmation document.

If the app experiences instability, please follow these troubleshooting tips:

• Clear app data and cache in your phone's Settings. Restart your device.
• Uninstall the app and then download and install the latest version.
